Hitting goal weight feels good. I set myself a target a few months ago to drop 5kg. With a steady diet and decrease in fat i have succeeded(i could have done more if I didnt booze maybe next time) Never thought i would advise eating less meat but i have to say its working and i dont have anything but good things to say. I go for one meal a day that includes meat or fish. This is usually my evening meal (Only due to preference). Not only do I enjoy it more when i have it my diegestion has improved & i feel much less bloated. I can eat more carbs & eat more food types not to mention stripping away needless fat that was only meant for survival. Try it for a week or two and make up your own mind.
