It was a bad week #3. It was a very active week with #workingout #martialarts #training and with #acting. #consistency is such a huge factor in #success but sometimes the #actorslife will throw you off. Two days (Wednesday & Thursday) of 3am call times threw things out of whack one of which meant going from the first set to a 2nd gig (extra work pays some bills) and having a 13 hour day there. #diet derailed with #craftservices (did I mention my favorite flavor is free?) and not being able to stay within my #intermittentfasting eating window. At least my #fitness level and the intensity of my #workouts continue to improve but need to find a way to use low weights for #hypertrophy for my chest until I can figure out how to fix the damage to my left side that keeps me from pressing beyond 50 lbs. In all I gained a pound back but the pics seem to paint a different picture. Something must be working. We’ll see what next week brings for this #actor.
