Need help with setting up your diet and routine for your goals? . Follow @all_fitness_lovrs Follow @all_fitness_lovrs Credit Ann Pfau – Here are two meals that I will be eating today. My current macros are 335 grams of carbs 90 grams of fat and 200 grams of protein. Ive been on these macros for about 2 years now with the goal of maintaining my physique. My maintenance calories have substantially increased over the years as I have gained muscle and implemented a very successful reverse diet. I never thought Id be able to maintain my current level of body fat with this much food. Its like a dream come true . – Meal 1 is an omelette that I messed up when I flipped it. (The one on my story yesterday was beautiful though…cant win every flip). Its 3 whole eggs 150 grams of egg whites spinach tomato and 6 slices of 40 calorie toast. Two of these 40 calorie slices of bread are equivalent to one slice of regular bread in terms of size. I like this bread because I rather eat more slices even if overall calories are equal. This meal is a staple for me but I will adjust the egg to egg white ratio depending on how much fat and protein I have available for the day. – Meal 2 is a frozen BBQ chicken pizza from California Pizza Kitchen. The entire pie is 850 calories and has 102 grams of carbs 48 grams of protein and 27 grams of fat. I do not eat this everyday but maybe once a week or so. – Overall Im a very simple and boring eater but I do fit treats into my macros like pizza every once in a while. Like I always tell you guys you need to work your fitness goals around your life and not your life around fitness. If I had to completely restrict my favorites foods then whats the point? Thats the beauty of flexible dieting .
