#realtalk coming at ya I get asked a lot of questioned regarding my prep life. Why are you still prepping? How long has it been? Dont you want to just eat whatever you want? Arent you tired of dieting? How many shows are you going to do? Dont you think you should take a break? And the list goes on… Well friends I will tell you that last week I did take a break and to be honest Im not happy with my checkin photos this morning however as my coach @shaneheugly told me You needed to let lose a little and its ok!! And hes 100% right. Now did I go crazy? Absolutely not. I still stuck to my nutrition and training program every day. The only difference was if I wanted to eat a cookie or have a piece of chocolate I did. And honestly I was mad at myself for like a day or two. And it wasnt because I ate some treats I mean at first it was however I knew my body needed the little extra especially since I need to soften my look for North Americans so it can only help right?! So why was I mad at myself? Because I let myself go mentally and I let outside things that I have no control over get to me. My stress was through the roof and I wasnt sleeping well either. So mix that all together and what do you get? Chaos. Which now has turned into a fire burning inside me that is so bright you can see it from outer space. Some who is more determined than ever to bring her absolute best to the stage in 6 1/2 weeks. Someone who will no longer allow THAT to influence her on a daily basis. And that someone is ME. 6 Weeks Out from Pittsburgh Championships 6 1/2 Weeks Out from North Americans Motivated. Determined.
