That way they could save it for later use… so here she is! First thing to note : no matter how hard you try youre not going to be perfect with your diet and exercise while traveling. No doubt these strategies will help but(t) dont expect to lose oodles of body fat in the process… I know I know. That might sound worrisome to you… But think of it this way: Theres no time limit on how quickly you lose weight you know? In the grand scheme of things one or two weeks slower progress wont matter a lick! So instead of stressing focus on ENJOYING yourself and do the best you can – Alrighty then to the strategies we go… > 1 Use Intermittent Fasting Fasting is a fantastical eating strategy to use while youre traveling. Chances are youll be eating a lot of meals out so having more calories to play with in those situations will make it 1000x easier to adjust. > 2 Plan Ahead of Time Figure out where youre going to eat look up the menu and decide what to order beforehand. Simple as that! Oh and if you wanna keep it light look for meals consisting of lean protein plain carbs (i.e. light sauce & oil) and steamed/grilled veggies > 3 Be Activity-Minded Walk & move as much as possible and if you can work out get it done early so you can enjoy your day!
