So I know I promised that I’d be posting the FINAL results and story on GTGR Facebook today…and I promise I will. But first I gotta tell yall about #intermittentfasting Simplified approach to eating..you eat when you’re hungry and don’t eat when you’re not. You drink a lot of water and eat veggies and protein daily. And one or twice a week you fast for 24 hours to give your stomach a chance to rest and fully digest what’s already there. The #detox was so real. Check out my before and after picture I posted from two days ago vs this one..same before…after pictures are 2 days apart.
