Couple hours after todays gym session. Fluctuating between 195 and 192 daily these days. No protein shakes (only real food) no Creatine no supplements other than BCAAs and the diet is mostly Japanese food but with a bit more meat. 2-3 meals a day. Only liquids I take are water tea coffee or wine. Cheat day once a week but its more like a snack than a whole day. Blood tests I do every 6 months just came back everything still in ideal ranges though I test many more things than they would recommend for a routine checkup. (There are millions of people who do this and more easily and obviously look LEAGUES better though. I have so much further to go to even be close to the real health warriors out there but Im trying my best) Gym 3-4 days a week max. Feels much better than when I was going every day. Sleeping more now too. 6 hours a night instead of the 4 hours Ive been doing since college for over 10 years. Feels much healthier now. Just in case anyone was wondering what the daily routine looks like these days thats all there is to it. Its hard to keep a good routine on such a busy schedule but something is always better than nothing so just doing what I can with the tools that make sense. By the way going for a 15 day water fast in October. This will top the 10 day water fast I did last December. Ill probably be down to 170 when its done. So excited to test my mental strength again!!!
