Damn! Back to just over 3 weeks ago when I had fell off the wagon big time Was doing packs of Lotus Biscoff UK Speculoos biscuits like they were nothing! was eating them like bowls of cereal I swear I did a whole pack and a half with a litre of milk for a snack and it clocked in @2000 calories Damn speculoos is like crack to me haha it all was a result of a cheat day… Cheat days always seem to do so much damage to me and I don’t mean physically I mean mentally. Putting massive emphasis on food for enjoyment restricting the following day- thus restricting ‘enjoyment’ losing all momentum that was built which is personally my biggest tool for staying on track AND all this combined made getting the ball rolling again massively difficult. I’ve learned a lot and now I’ve got my head strong I don’t plan on ever having cheat days again unless for a video challenge . I’ll still eat good food eat out but I won’t go over my calories and if I do I’ll have done the necessary cardio to compensate. The whole damn point of flexible dieting & IF is to allow dieting whilst still having delicious foods so there is no need for cheat days!!
