Hey I know why you cant stick to that diet you are on – Its because dieting sucks. And I think the word should be banned from existence. – Nonetheless I actually really know why you cant lose the weight – YOU ARE CUTTING OUT TOO MANY THINGS TOO QUICKLY. – Start small. I mean that. Dont go from eating out multiple times a day to crying into salads while you contemplate if you will ever taste real food again. – If you are currently eating 80% processed foods 20% fruits and veggies slowly transition to make that 50/50 and then eventually 80% whole foods 20% fun foods. Thats sustainable.
