Progress report. Over the past five years my body and mind has been through allot. I am finally felling amazing and half way my self again. The first photo is today second is my progress in the past 6 months last one is before I had my son. I know I have allot do work to go but I feel the best I have in years. I might be over weight but I know that my body is getting stronger and stronger everyday. I do weight training 3 days a week cardio 5 days a week eat high protein low fat and two protein shakes the day. This is the first year I have worn a two piece bathing suit I might not look perfect but I sure as hell feel amazing because I am proud of my self.
