Day one of my 12 week challenge and I have passed on a cheeseburger and fries…not Once but Two TIMES! . Doing these 3 simple steps and making 3 life style changes is actually easy! . My 1st step this morning gave me a TON of energy to do my workout (even though the Sunburn held me back on some things). . My 2nd actually helped curb my appite in between Lunch and dinner…Plus it tasted like a dreamcicle! . My 3rd step with be before bed to keep me from late night snacking! . Then for the life
