Hit the button now @turnaroundfitness – Here is a “Intermittent Fasting” cheat sheet to make sure you are doing it right for fat loss. – MORNINGS. Don’t eat anything first thing in the morning. Consume ONLY 0 calorie beverages. – FASTED EXERCISE. When you are asleep you are burning fat so why not extend the fat loss process by training in the morning in a fasted state! Training fasted will help you burn more calories from the night before and you’ll increase HGH (Human Growth Hormone) which is responsible for muscle retention and weight loss. – SNACKING. Snacking is the WORST way to ruin any chance of you losing weight. NEVER snack between meals because the calories will sneak up on you casing weight GAIN! If you like certain snacks eat them with your meals. – FIRST MEAL. After your exercise have your first meal consisting of high fat moderate protein & ultra low carb. Eat foods like eggs bacon beef nuts butter cheese avocado etc. – FAST. After your first meal you will be fasting again. Make sure that you are not having any snacks until your second and final meal of the day. – SECOND MEAL. Eat the same kind of meal like your first one.
