1,200-Calorie, Low-Carb Diet Meal Plan – This is the diet plan I used in 2011 that helped me lose 35 pounds (in combination with a strict cardio/weight training program). The listed substitutes helped it not get too boring, and on the days I worked out hard, I subbed two of the snacks with low-cal/low-carb protein shakes.
