Brandy shares My Plexus story! Back in January I decided to lose weight because I felt terrible all the time, craving sweets all day long, always tired, achy all over, terrible “girl” symptoms, lots of hair in my hairbrush (I guess it was falling out), brain fog, headaches. I knew my symptoms were because I was fat! I am a nurse and was sitting at a desk 40 hours a week as an insurance case manager, very little activity at work, and too mentally exhausted when I got home. January 1st I decided, I was doing something about it regardless of how I felt. I started out losing (19 lbs) without taking anything but stalled out in May even with walking several days a week. My friend, Brandi Blake had already started taking Plexus and signed up to sell and was steadily losing weight without exercising. I had tried 2 weeks of Plexus slim in April and knew I liked it but couldn’t get past the cost. At the end of June, I decided to make an appointment with my doctor because my “girl” symptoms were worse. While waiting for my appointment date, I decided to join Plexus. After figuring out what I was spending on junk food, the cost was no longer a factor. I found out a couple weeks later, I had #hypothyroidism, and #polycystic #ovarian syndrome symptoms my doctor said most likely related to my hypothyroidism. Looking back on it now, I would guess my pcos symptoms were because of insulin resistance. When I found out I had hypothyroidism, my doctor told me not to expect my thyroid medicine to work for 3-6 months and weight loss would be impossible until it was working. At that visit, I had already lost 9 lbs on Plexus!! I did tell him I had started Plexus. He read the ingredients and told me go for it. Two months after starting Plexus I have lost 13 lbs, and 4 inches from my waist, rarely have sweet cravings, and even when I do I usually can eat a piece of fruit and I’m over it although I have not cut out sweets totally. I still eat what I want but I have figured out with Plexus curbing my appetite, I can make better choices. I have also started running!! I no longer feel tired, my aches are gone, no more brain fog, my pcos symptoms are gone, and my hair is getting thicker! I feel great!! No more dragging myself through the day. As far as my health goes, I am on the right track! Other exciting news, I’ve been able to put my notice in at work to sell Plexus full time! In two more days there will be no more 40 hour work weeks in an office chair for me! I get to be my own boss, work my own hours, and tell people about a product that is changing lives for the better. I am so excited to start this new journey!!
