Two day diets–how mini fasts can help maximize weight loss. People following a 5-2 diet would eat lean protein and non-starchy vegetables two days a week. I'm not into the idea of diets or sustained fasting, but I find this approach, especially of cutting out carbs and starches twice a week, interesting and more sustainable.
