So, the thing that I think I love most about the 28 Clean Eating Challenge, is that you can eat whatever and however much you want of CLEAN FOOD. There’s no calorie counting, you can eat carbs (complex ones!), you can even cheat a little and go at your OWN PACE. Some people like to jump in full steam, but some people like to just eliminate a few things at a time. #HealthyLivingMotivation
