WEEKEND!! Youve worked hard and stuck to your goals all week. Dont throw it out the window with black and white aka all or nothing thinking on the weekend. Youre not a dog dont reward yourself with food for a good week well done. Got goals yes they count on weekends too. Goals dont suddenly disappear Friday- Monday. You CAN enjoy the weekend and keep those goals in mind. Dont suffer from the ALL or NOTHING mentality where youre either ON or OFF with OFF being falling into the OFF pool and not swimming out of it until Monday. Ill encourage you to mindful when it comes to eating and drinking this weekend while you remember what your goals are you worked so hard for this week. If your choosing to enjoy those off plan meals they are not free. Theres a fine line between adding in a little off plan and going off the rails. Be mindful of how much you are eating/indulging. You might be able to lie to yourself but you cant fool your body 😉 Two days can erase the progress of five. Have a great weekend!
