Meal 1 of 2 Day 126 of KETO NO CHEATS (Staying under 20 net carbs) Breakfast this morning was perfect . 3 eggs 2 strips of @farmerjohnla thick cut bacon 1/2 avocado sliced and topped with Joseph Traderman everything but the bagel seasoning and fresh made pico de gallo made with our own grown veggies . I hate raw tomatoes but I will eat it this way. My stepmom brought me some cheese from Mexico and I had to cut into it to try it. I fried up some for the family and it was amazing!
