HIIT cardio also known as high-intensity interval training is amazing for burning fat and weight loss. With HIIT you are doing intervals (20 – 30 seconds) at a higher intensity and then taking the same rest time and repeating this a few rounds. Now when I say higher intensity – give it all you got! You can do 30 seconds on 30 seconds off. Or you can do 40 seconds at high intensity and 20 off. Really how you use that 1 minute is up to you and your fitness level.
