After having my second daughter I was not able to lose weight as I was not sleeping with feeding every 2 hours and then up all day with my other daughter I was tired and frustrated. I went back to shift work and had a lot of other stressors including my dad getting diagnosed with an un-treatable cancer with a prognosis of 4-12 months. Feeling good this morning. I have cut back a bit on my days of working out and just having more fun with my workouts lately. Probably working out around 4-5 days a week now. At least 3 days resistance training and 3 days cardio. I have lost a little definition but I’m totally fine with it. MODERATION OVER DEPRIVATION – Absolutely love this post by @realjaredhamilton : Moderation Is Key – 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩. – Yes anything. – It boggles my mind when people completely cut out certain foods from their lives because its bad. – When in reality the food isnt bad the way you eat it is badlike an asshole. – If youre eating 2000 calories/day & you want a 300 calorie piece of pizza you can 100% do that. – 𝙉𝙤 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖 𝙛𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣. – Too many calories does that. – But as long as youre in a deficit youll lose just fine. – Budget your food & calories like youd budget a vacation a stereo or going out to eat in your paycheck. – The problem is most people will read this & say I cant have just 1 piece or Ill eat the whole thing… – In that case the only reason you have an issue is because you have a terrible ...

Im so freaking proud of this lady right here! I know she would never say it because she is so humble but Jody Costa you are AMAZING and inspiring! 6 weeks ago our awesome trainer put out an incentive at the gym- whoever lost the most percentage of weight wins a trip to Vegas in a suite!! well I watched this girl bust her butt the whole time- no cheats doing the 30 day detox no days off working out HARD- twice somedays and not because she wanted the prize or wanted to win but because she wants to be the healthiest she can for her boys for a long timeshe lost 23 pounds 6 inches from her waist and multiple inches elsewhere and is determined to keep going and is on her second round of the 30 day detox too!!
