Lunch picture then breakfast and finally the calories for the day. I’ve eaten twice so far and looks as though I’ve hit my Calorie intake determined by the settings in @cronometer_official No activity this morning sitting at thr laptop for all of it. I am coaching this evening but that’s mostly walking and talking. I may not eat again until tomorrow but that depends on whether I work out. This suits me to fast until tomorrow at 10am which would be a 20 hour fast. I really like doing these 16 to 20 hours periods of not eating as I use them as a barometer of how well my body is using fat as fuel. If you saw my labs from two weeks ago it was evident that I use a lot of triglycerides to keep the wheels turning and I’m fortunate to not get caught up with bad hunger pangs. I’m always conscious that I will hit my Calorie intake for the day if not exceed it most days.
