You are allowed to be both a MASTERPIECE and a WORK IN PROGRESS simultaneously. It has almost been 3 months since I started changing my eating patterns with intermittent fasting. Some days I will fast for 16 hours keeping my diet clean with a cheat meal once a week. I have never felt more energized and stronger. Feeling as amazing as I feel it has been surprising to hear a few of the reactions I have been getting from THOSE people..Are you sick Holy shit how much weight have you lost OMG ..your so skinny Are you starving yourself. I HATE this notion- the idea that getting fit and healthy has to FEEL hard if youre going to see any meaningful progress; otherwise you must be doing something wrong. Far too many people think that unless theyre in mental or physical diet misery theyre not doing something right. The truth is the process should be as easy as possible. Being healthy is about improving the quality of your life it is NOT about feeling like crap all the time. _ 2) If it doesnt produce IMMEDIATE results its not worth the effort. Impatience is what leads people to set ambitious fat loss goals with unrealistic time lines. Its what feeds into crash diets and quick fix schemes. But when it comes to lasting weight loss you have to play the long game. All or nothing behaviors would be fine if you could sustain them month after month and year after year but no one can. ...

Yes people I do eat these foods from time to time but I do it based on on my goals and try to plan my “cheats meals” for certain times or days. People always say they are having a “cheat meal” but do you really know what that means…? It’s not every other day or you have been good for 2 days then you just indulge in whatever. When one is on a strict diet regime they occasionally will have a meal that allows for them to eat things that are not apart of the prescribed diet. These are designed to prevent your body from entering a starvation mode where it will hold onto stored body fat for when times get tough. So by increasing calories up to maintenance every week or two should prevent this and keep your weight loss on track. So if you have been really strict with your macros and have stuck to your plan for a period of time I would suggest try to go 12-14 days straight before trying to have “cheat ...
