In my opinion exercise is supposed to feel good and finding the right time for you is really about personal preference. Working out too late may however disrupt sleep so I would try to avoid that. Unimaginatively titled The Beltsander’s cookbook vol2 The layout will be broken down into high carb meals and desserts (perfect for post workout refuelling) and low carb meals and desserts (perfect for non training days) Of course all of the recipes should fit pretty much into anyone’s macros and nutritional goals but I feel this layout will work well for the majority of people who will pick up a copy. Welp the day came. The day where I binged and skipped the gym both in one day effectively ending two streaks I was really proud of in just one day. In one half hour really. Thats all it takes if that long. I wont go into the details because when I list them in my mind they sound like excuses. I will say though that my previous two posts are prime examples of how I put myself in a bad position. I failed me today. BUT we still have that exciting dinner tonight. I could let this less-than-successful day ruin that… or I could have fun and just reflect on the circumstances that led up to everything that happened. In a perfect world I could just be like no dinner for me! to balance out the calories but that would severely disappoint my husband who so thoughtfully made sure we could attend this special dinner.
