I was talking to my trainer about bingeing and triggers while she tortured…I mean trained me the other day. She said everybody splurges at times. Its life. Things come up and its just not realistic to expect to stick to a rigid diet plan with no cheats. She said the difference is how you deal with the splurge. Rather than continuing to make bad choices the rest of the day do a reset. Within 2 hours of your splurge eat something healthy that would be part of your plan. It puts you right back on track and stops that defeatist thinking we all do when we eat something less healthy. I have been overweight for over 10 years.. Feeling sad unhappy all the time because of my situation at home my body.. It made me an emo-eater. What made it all whorse.. Until one day I had tried all the diets and never succeeded. I started my fitness journey all by myself.. Searching for days what I need to eat how I need to trainhow to lose weight – and not in a short time. I gave myself 15 year.. I lost 30 kg in that period. Last year I started to do bikini competitions to get my confidence back and in two weeks i’ll be On stage again in Luxemburg. Je commence à voir les premières petites étoiles à la fin de mes séries je continue malgré tout à essayer de garder des perfs correctes et les exécutions les plus propres possible Ce soir ça sera fullbody de fin de semaine un des training que j’adore histoire de relancer du sang un peu partout Petit dej similaire toute la semaine donc pas de surprise Macros ciblé à L:25g/G:30g/P:50g/Kcal 550 que je respecte au gramme près dans cette phase de test avec cette semaine lowcarb qui petit à petit porte ses fruits ! Yes people I do eat these foods from time to time but I do it based on on my goals and try to plan my “cheats meals” for certain times or days. People always say they are having a “cheat meal” but do you really know what that means…? It’s not every other day or you have been good for 2 days then you just indulge in whatever. When one is on a strict diet regime they occasionally will have a meal that allows for them to eat things that are not apart of the prescribed diet. These are designed to prevent your body from entering a starvation mode where it will hold onto stored body fat for when times get tough. So by increasing calories up to maintenance every week or two should prevent this and keep your weight loss on track. So if you have been really strict with your macros and have stuck to your plan for a period of time I would suggest try to go 12-14 days straight before trying to have “cheat ...

First of all Carbs they are in all the good stuff; biscuits breads chocolate sweetscereal etc… so they taste bloody nice! Secondly glucose is our body’s preferred source of energy; especially for the brain that’s why we get a bit cranky and light headed if we dont have our carbs… so there is just two reasons to eat carbohydrates “So why do people cut them out and lose weight?” Because we usually eat too much of them (along with dietary fats) which can put us into a calorie surplus and cause weight gain. If we cut them out we lower our calories and lose weight because of the calorie reduction… not because of the carbs. “So I Need to cut carbs to lose weight?” No you need to cut your caloric intake! I’m only half inch away from 5’8″ 181 lb. 82kg body fats : I would say around 17%. I shared my goal in yesterday post. Here is the follow up. I don’t want to compete this year. With that been said I’m not going to stop working. In fact I’m going to work smarter now. I know the key mistake I have done in all the prep I did not give my self engouh time to practice displined with food. So let’s say I will compete some time around next year march two shows in a row. first NPC then arlond classic ohio. So I have almost 7 months to work on my weakness. My top in piorioties is to stay lean even lose some fat while I’m bulking. I’m going to do that by staying around my maintenance calories and do cardio 4-5 times a week with working out 4-5 days a week. I will try my best to upload twice a week. In my opinion exercise is supposed to feel good and finding the right time for you is really about personal preference. Working out too late may however disrupt sleep so I would try to avoid that. DISCIPLINE = FREEDOM – I treated going up north like it was a show. I did cardio ate right and suffered in the gym to make sure I could eat and drink whatever I wanted for a week. And I did. After not having a diet for a week it feels amazing getting back on track though. Because I suffered for months prior to cheating my ass off I was able to keep my weight the same from before I left. Today I weighed in at 185lbs. Now thats very low and to be honest Ive been fasting a lot to get my body back to the way I like it. That 185 is just a marker. Ill probably be 189 tomorrow after I finish this gallon and have two more meals. – What I want you to think about is are you making excuses about your diet. Do you say things like well I want to live life. I dont want to just eat bland food.
